You may enjoy to do this
lovely breathing meditation prior to participating in our weekly
healing sessions or the free Reiki attunements, or any time you
need to relax the mind and body and center yourself. If you've added a name to the healing
list, you may ask those individuals to do the meditation as
well, or any type of relaxed, deep breathing they are
comfortable with.
