12 Noon Meditation
Peace Clock We ask that at 12 noon each day you take a few moments to join with others in your own time zone and focus on peace
Free Reiki Attunement
The free distant Reiki attunements are temporarily suspended... I will update the website as soon as they resume.
Breathing Meditation
Take a Breather Try this lovely breathing meditation prior to joining in our weekly healing sessions or the free Reiki attunements...if you've added someone to the healing list, they could also do the meditation as well, or any other type of relaxed, deep breathing they're comfortable with.
