 you take a few moments to join with others
 in your own time zone and focus on peace

I'm offering free distant Reiki Attunements
 once a month.  The next attunement will be on
  Tuesday, April 15th at 9pm Eastern Time.

Breathing Meditation

Take a Breather
Try this lovely breathing meditation prior to joining in our weekly healing sessions or the free Reiki attunements...if you've added someone to the healing list, they could also do the meditation as well, or any other type of relaxed, deep breathing they're comfortable with.
