12 Noon Meditation

Peace Clock
We ask that at 12 noon each day
 you take a few moments to join with others
 in your own time zone and focus on peace

Take a Breather
Try this lovely breathing meditation prior to joining in our weekly healing sessions or the Distant Reiki attunements...if you've added someone to the healing list, they could also do the meditation as well, or any other type of relaxed, deep breathing they're comfortable with.
