I definitely felt the Reiki energy flowing into me! The first five minutes I felt small tinglings at the tips of my fingers. At ten minutes, I could feel a warmth and tingling sensation build in my lower back, then travel up to my shoulders and neck, down my arms, and into my hands, palms, and fingers. I had my hands placed over my heart. When the tingling reached my hands, I could feel my heartbeat go all the way through both of my hands, and it felt like the top of my left hand was beating along with my heart....I could feel a great amount of energy flowing into my body; yet, I felt so relaxed. My body was relaxed and peaceful. My mind was at peace, and my soul was opening up. It was as though I was enlightened. I had feelings of love, happiness, calm, and peacefulness. When the attunement began, I felt a profound sense of peace. Later I felt energy in my hands, kind of needle picking, then energy in different part of the crown chakra and the sixth chakra. Deep feeling of love and acceptance. I burst into a song and went on singing, just notes, for the whole duration. I just had to sing.
